Thank you for taking the courageous first step to getting the support and insight you deserve. The Encouragement Clinic is here to offer you individual, couples and group therapy. We support individuals through life stressors and changes; grief and growth; from trauma to peace. My personal approach to therapy includes using strengths based approaches to assisting clients through their journey of self-actualization. I incorporate mindful self-compassion and skill development through the struggles of anxiety, depression, postpartum or whatever challenges life is bringing you through. I am an advocate for grief; helping individuals and families move into their new normal. I seek additional resources; advocate for change and support my clients using a motivational lens. I am passionate about women's mental health and have extensive training in treating postpartum mothers. I am also an instructor at the University of Minnesota-Duluth in the BSW and MSW program. I am proud to have supported many of my students who are actively serving as clinicians in the Twin Ports and beyond. I have been practicing as a clinician for over eighteen years in the Twin Ports.
